Rusutsu with a Crew March 10 2011, 9:27pm via japanskiexperience.com

Big snowfalls over the last few days saw a high number of Niseko locals join the now legendary ‘Rusutsu Thursday’ trip this morning. Rolling with a crew of 18 the powder sprays started in the car park and continued for 4 non-stop hours of solid riding through mind-blowing tree runs blessed with tons of fresh snow.

There was a hovering sense of sorrow at times knowing that this could be the last drive out to weird and wonderful Rusutsu for the season but thankfully everyone was having far too much fun to let the thought linger for long. Awesome day out with a bunch of good people riding hard and loving every deep, bottomless turn.

Thank you to everyone who was there for a great morning on the mountain.
Rusutsu, see you next year.
March, keep the epic snowfalls coming!
