I have drunk milk all around the world, in 5 of the globe’s continents, and I have to say there really is nothing that compares to fresh, Hokkaido milk.  So creamy, fresh & full of flavor, it’s like the Wagyu beef of the dairy world.

We discovered some interesting new Hokkaido milk products this Autumn at the annual Kanko Bussan Hokkaido Food Fair.  Of course a sampling was in order before these new items were featured in the deli.
